All the support we receive from our church friends is much appreciated, whether from regular collections at services or from other fundraising activities.

Here are some ideas to consider:

• Sponsor a child or support a student attending college as a parish and receive regular updates about them
• Organise a community event in your parish - anything from a quiz night to a summer fete, a book stall, a cake stall - the sky's the limit!  Why not look at our 'Top tips for fundraising' leaflet.  Our downloadable posters can help you promote your event and advertise our text giving service.
• Give in memory
• Or in celebration, for example to mark a christening, confirmation or wedding

If your congregation would like to set a really ambitious fundraising target, £975 will pay for a new house for a family, a wonderful target for a parish to aim for. The house you fund will be named for your church and when it has been built, we will send you a photograph of the house, together with the family for whom you have provided a safe, secure home.
