Our 8 pre-schools (balwadies) provide free nursery education for around 200 children from our Children's Villages and local families, providing a foundation for regular school attendance as they grow.
Rajeswari, who is now thriving at one of our primary schools, began her education at one of Reaching the Unreached's balwadies. Young students like Rajeswari are given the best possible start at a balwadi, with every opportunity to progress successfully through the school system, enter higher education and secure good jobs that will enabling them to live independent, fulfilled lives, free from poverty.
